Joseph Spilman is the President of Optimax Systems, Inc., a manufacturing business that designs and builds optical systems and components for a diverse set of technologies and markets.
Mr. Spilman has more than 20 years of experience in the Optics and Photonics Industry, in roles ranging from engineering to product strategy.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Optics from the University of Rochester’s Institute of Optics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Rochester Institute of Technology’s Saunders College of Business.
