RPS Presentation, March 12, 2025– David Finger- The Evolving Landscape of Scams.
David Finger has been providing practical and effective solutions to technology problems for over 30 years, working primarily with individuals and small businesses. David is known for solving technology issues when others could not and doing so without talking over anyone’s head. With decades of experience in teaching and providing leadership in business and through Scouting, David has developed an approach to people and technology problems that can be summed up in the word, “patience”.
David splits his free time between playing with and learning about technology, and exploring how our minds work, particularly when it comes to how people make decisions and form beliefs. He regularly gives talks about technology trends in areas such as Artificial Intelligence and on how people can protect themselves against the endless onslaught of scam attempts that we all encounter. David has made it a mission to help as many people as possible understand how scams actually work, and how they can take steps to stop a scam in its tracks.
